Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and approval. Full payment is required before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.


Fabric Quality & Inspection

We ensure that all our surplus fabrics meet high-quality standards through the American 4 point system.

Inspection Standards

All fabrics are inspected using the American 4-Point System, where the standard quality is 40 points per 100 metres. Our supplier works to stricter standards of 20 points or less per 100 metres.

1 Point – Minor inconsistencies (e.g., slight weaving irregularities).
2 Points – Noticeable but minimal flaws (e.g., slight discolouration).
3 Points – Major defects (e.g., small tears or holes).
4 Points – Severe damage (e.g., large tears or significant flaws).

Fabric Quality Guarantee

Up to 4 meters: No defects (0 points).

Over 4 meters: Fully QC-checked to ensure no moderate or severe defects. Minor imperfections may exist but remain within industry standards, up to 20 points.

Returns Policy

Clothing & Jewellery
Clothing and jewellery (*with the exception of earrings) may be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Please return the item to us in its original condition, packaging and with tags in place.

  • Returns should be posted to: 
    Indilisi Returns, Mode Logistics Ltd, Unit 1, Capitol Industrial Centre, Fulmar Way, Wickford, Essex, SS11 8YW
  • We recommend using a tracking service and keeping hold of the receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your return.  Returns remain your responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the return in an acceptable condition.
  • We do not cover the cost of return postage unless there is a fault.
  • Please include the Delivery Note that came with your order.  We'd be grateful for any feedback you can provide.
  • We will contact you once we have processed your refund.  Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of the item before you hear from us.

*We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
We will process like for like exchanges where an item is available.  Please follow the return instructions above and specify on the Delivery Note which size you would like.  We will be in touch to let you know if we have the item available.

Fabrics
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on fabrics, unless the fabric does not meet the quality standard mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.

Change of Mind Returns - We do not accept returns on fabrics for change of mind. If you're unsure about a fabric, we recommend ordering 1 metre to be sure that the fabric meets your expectations. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items - If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise and will be happy to resolve the issue ASAP.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof (e.g. photos) and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. Contact: care@indilisi.com


Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly.  However, shipping times may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or customs delays.

*Order before 1pm for next day delivery
Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.  We use DPD's next day delivery service for all orders but we cannot guarantee next day delivery as this is determined by external factors such as courier delays.

Orders up to £85 - £4.95  (1-2 days delivery)

Orders over  £85 - FREE  (1-2 days delivery)

We value your privacy. Your personal details (name, email, shipping/billing info) are used to process orders and improve services.

Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages from using our products or website.
