1. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for change of mind on fabrics.  If you're uncertain about your purchase, we recommend ordering a sample pack beforehand.  We ensure that all our surplus fabrics meet high-quality standards through the American 4 point system.  Please view our Terms & Conditions for more information on this.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact care@indilisi.com and provide product images showing the issue.  Please visit our Returns page for more information.


2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Please note that external factors (such as holidays or weather conditions) may occasionally affect delivery times.  Please visit our Delivery page for more information.


3. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. However, we’re exploring international shipping options for the future. To stay updated on any changes, please subscribe to our newsletter or contact us directly.


4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure fast delivery so cancellations or modifications may not be possible. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to help.


5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout. Our payment system ensures your details are protected for a safe shopping experience.


6. What if I need help with my order?

7. What size are the sample swatches?
We only offer a sample pack which includes a selection of swatches.  Our sample swatches are typically 10 x 10 cm in size, however, due to the nature of the fabric and our commitment to ethical practices and waste reduction, the size may vary slightly.  At the moment, all sample swatches are hand-cut, which can lead to slight variations in size. We aim to provide a good representation of the material while minimizing excess waste.


8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier’s website.


9. Are your products environmentally friendly?
We are committed to sustainability and minimise waste wherever possible. Many of our products are made from sustainable materials and we use eco-friendly packaging to reduce our environmental impact.


10. What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at care@indilisi.com.  We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package, and if it can’t be found, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
