Returns Policy (United Kingdom)
Clothing & Jewellery
Clothing and jewellery (*with the exception of earrings) may be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Please return the item to us in its original condition, packaging and with tags in place.
- Returns should be posted to: 
 Indilisi Returns, Unit 11 Bartlett Court, Sea King Road, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 2NZ
- Please include a note with your name and order number so that we can correctly match the return with your order.
- We recommend using a tracking service and keeping hold of the receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your return. Returns remain your responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the return in an acceptable condition.
- We do not cover the cost of return postage unless there is a fault.
 
- We will contact you once we have processed your refund. Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of the item before you hear from us.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.
All orders to Europe are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions before purchasing, please email care@indilisi.com.
Exchanges
We will process like for like exchanges where an item is available. Please follow the return instructions above and specify on the Delivery Note which size/colour you would like. We will be in touch to let you know if we have the item available.
Faulty or Incorrect Items - If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise and will be happy to resolve the issue ASAP. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof (e.g. photos) and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. Contact: care@indilisi.com
Delivery
We are currently only shipping to the UK and Europe.
United Kingdom
Orders up to £85 - £4.95 (1-2 days delivery)
Orders over £85 - FREE (1-2 days delivery)
Europe
All orders - £8 (10-15 days delivery).  
Parcels are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid.  You will be liable for any local duties or taxes.  
All orders to Europe are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange.  If you have any questions before purchasing, please email care@indilisi.com
We aim to process and ship orders promptly, however, shipping times may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or customs delays.
