Returns Policy

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on fabrics, unless the fabric does not meet the quality standard mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items - If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise and will be happy to resolve the issue ASAP.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof (e.g. photos) and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. Contact: care@indilisi.com

Change of Mind Returns - We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you're unsure about a product, we recommend ordering 1 metre to be sure that the fabric meets your expectations. 

Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly.  However, shipping times may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or customs delays.

*Order before 1pm for next day delivery
Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.  We use DPD's next day delivery service for all orders but we cannot guarantee next day delivery as this is determined by external factors such as courier delays.

Orders up to £85 - £4.95  (1-2 days DPD Delivery)

Orders over  £85 - FREE  (1-2 days DPD Delivery)
